Mixed Vegetables Salad
Ingredients:
2 kg peppers
2 kg and 1/2 kg cabbage
1/2 kg onions
2 kg bell peppers
1 kg cucumbers
1/4 liter oil
1/2 liter vinegar
200 grams salt
200 grams sugar
How To:
You can substitute, for example, cabbage with cauliflower, i.e., use 1 kg and 1/2 kg cabbage and 1 kg cauliflower, or some of the bell peppers with gherkins.
Chop into slices, pieces, or break them up, as appropriate. Pour the ingredients over them, mix, and leave to marinate overnight.
Place in jars, add the juice, and sterilize for 15 minutes in a bain-marie for safety
I recommend eating the mix in combination with freshly cooked rice. You have a ready to eat meal in winter in only 10-15 minutes.
