Homemade Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 250g Milchpulver (Nestle Nido)

  • 125g Butter (>80% Fett)

  • 100ml Wasser

  • 40g Kakao

  • 2 Vanille Zucker

  • 60g Macadamia Nüsse

  • 10 g Rosinen

  • Prinsen Salz

How To:

Place the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and water in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until the sugar has completely melted. When you notice that a white foam has formed on the surface, count 5 minutes, no more, and turn off the heat.

After turning off the heat, add the partially melted butter and vanilla pulp. Stir until the butter is completely incorporated into the sugar syrup.

Mix the milk powder with the cocoa and sift together. Gradually stir the milk powder and cocoa mixture into the syrup, stirring constantly. (Be quick so it doesn't harden.)

Once the milk powder and cocoa are incorporated, add the nuts, hazelnuts, and raisins and stir with a wooden spoon or by hand.

Cover the mold with plastic wrap and pour in the chocolate. Smooth it out nicely and leave it in a cool place, not in the refrigerator, for 3-4 hours.

Cut the homemade chocolate into cubes with a knife with a slightly moistened blade and enjoy it with great appetite.

Enjoy your meal.
