Ciorba radauteana
Ingredients
600 g chicken breast
2 carrots
1 parsnip
1\2 small celery
1 egg yellow
400g sour cream
5 garlic cloves
salt, pepper, chicken broth
How To:
Add the chicken to boiling water with a bit of salt. Cut the carrots, parsnip and celery to in small cubes.
After 20 minutes add the vegetables and boil evertything for another 30 minutes. Remove the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.
Mix the sour cream with the egg yellow and the 5 garlic cloves crushed into pieces..
Add to the mix slowly the hot soup and the chicken.
Adjust the taste using salt, pepper and chicken broth.
The dish is served warm to hot together with freshly baked bread.
